      Came home from vacation to a total disaster - a burst pipe had flooded half our house. A friend told us to call Mike, and that was the best advice ever. He took over the whole insurance process, fought for the right settlement, and made sure everything was fixed fast. Can’t thank him enough!

      A blocked chimney caused a fire that spread fast. The flames were put out, but the smoke damage was brutal. Insurance gave us the runaround, claiming only “partial coverage.” On-Site Adjusting fought for the full claim, and thanks to them, we got the repairs done right. If insurance is making excuses, call these guys.

      One of our rental units had an electrical fire, and while no one was hurt, the place was unlivable. Insurance was slow to respond and kept saying the repairs weren’t "urgent." Meanwhile, our tenants had nowhere to go, and we were stuck covering extra costs. On-Site Adjusting stepped in, kept the pressure on, and didn’t let the insurance brush anything under the rug. Without them, we would’ve been waiting for months. If you have a rental property and think insurance will just handle things - don’t count on it.

      Left a candle burning in the bedroom, and somehow it caught the curtains. The fire was out quickly, but the smoke spread everywhere - walls, furniture, even inside the vents. Thought insurance would cover everything, but they tried to lowball us hard. Mike stepped in, knew exactly how to handle them, and got us a proper payout. He made the whole process way less stressful. Now the house is back to normal!

      Thank You ON-SITE Adjusting for being available, offering the Protection that Every Insurance Policyholder Needs. Truly, Every Policyholder should be educated on the 'Crucial Importance' of having representation when filing an insurance claim of any sort.. PLEASE - NEVER FILE A CLAIM ALONE!In my experience with dealing with insurance companies, I have personally witnessed that an insurance company views a policyholder as valuable until the policyholder files a claim... This was my experience with Acuity Insurance... after filing a claim with Acuity Ins regarding a water/fungus infiltration, that occurred in 2023 on a number of occasions related to the Illinois deluge, which was later declared a Federal Disaster, unbeknownst to me, Acuity Insurance began an investigation under the pretense 'bringing in another adjustor' who insisted on recording and asking questions totally 'unrelated to the water infiltration of the 2023 Federal Disaster.HOWEVER, upon retaining On-site, the insurance company demeanor changed 'drastically!!" I Wish to humbly Thank Frank and Mike of On-Site who strongly advocated for me.I will continue to promote On-Site services to as many persons that I come in contact with, that no one shall every again be defrauded by their insurance carriers!!**To Whoever Reads This, PLEASE SHARE and Never Be Defrauded By Your Insurance Carrier!!**

      Quick, painless and with good communication. These guys saved me so much money! My insurance made it seem like the damage was nothing serious and offered little to no money for repairs. When i hired OnSite they battled for me to get over 10 times more than initially approved by the claims department. So happy! And would recommend to friends and family.
